📋 Description

• Analyse business requirements/user stories and translate them into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for D365 F&O processes. • Execute end-to-end testing across D365 F&O modules (as applicable), validating configurations, customisations, security roles, and business workflows. • Perform smoke, sanity, functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing for releases and hotfixes. • Build and maintain test plans and test suites in a test management tool such as Azure DevOps Test Plans (or equivalent), ensuring traceability from requirements → test cases → defects → closure. • Maintain high-quality test artefacts and execution evidence to support release readiness and auditability. • Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects; participate in defect triage with cross-functional teams; re-test fixes and validate closure.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of overall Quality Assurance experience, including manual and automated testing. • Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) (or Dynamics AX with strong F&O exposure). • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and test design techniques. • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, etc.). • Experience with test automation tools, including but not limited to RSAT. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
