📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules for the business, ensuring solutions meet the client’s requirements. • Gather business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, business users, and functional consultants to understand the processes related to production planning, quality management, and integration with other SAP modules. • Configure and customize SAP PP and QM functionality to ensure seamless business process integration. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed during system configuration and implementation. • Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for SAP PP/QM solutions. • Analyze and resolve complex production and quality-related issues and provide ongoing support to users. • Ensure effective integration of SAP PP/QM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM, PM) and third-party systems. • Work on SAP enhancements, modifications, and continuous improvement of existing solutions. • Provide training to end-users and document training materials. • Support system upgrades, migration projects, and enhancements, working closely with technical teams and functional consultants. • Stay current with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends related to PP/QM. • Travel required up to 80% based on client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 3 years in a lead consultant or senior role. • Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM business processes, including production planning, scheduling, material management, quality control, and integration with other SAP modules. • Experience in SAP PP/QM configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules like MM, SD, PM, and WM. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Experience with external sub-assembly or complex workbench and routing process – cross plant etc. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants and manage client relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
