• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for multi-phase implementations across payer, provider, and enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, requirements, and outcomes are met. • Translate customer workflows, data requirements, and integration needs into actionable plans. Partner with engineering teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and anticipate risks. • Coordinate across clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders on both sides of the partnership, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution. • Prepare clients for launch through workflow mapping, training, change management, and ongoing support. Monitor success metrics and surface insights to improve future implementations. • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on implementation learnings. Identify process gaps and help refine Arbiter’s playbooks, templates, and delivery approach.
• 8+ years in healthcare technology, software, services, or implementation roles • Experience managing complex implementations or deployments for enterprise healthcare technology, involving multi-stakeholder coordination and data or workflow integrations • Strong ability to speak product and engineering translating between technical teams and customer-facing groups • Demonstrated success working directly with large healthcare clients (payers, health systems, or provider groups) in high-stakes environments • Comfort getting into technical details including APIs, data flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting • Excellent communication skills across audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
