• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams of community managers and other marketing subject matter experts to drive the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus as well as engagement on key initiatives. • Conduct analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities. • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.). • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. • Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization. • Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools. • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organization and help stay ahead of the curve. • Ensure timeline reporting of campaign results and learnings to the leadership and cross-functional teams. • Work closely with product, dev rel and business development teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives. • Track the performance of various community engagement programs such as the Ambassador Program, and KOL marketing and readjust the resource allocation based on their performance.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology or blockchain-related industry. • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for the future of blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem.
