📋 Description

• Provide senior leadership within the GEC Energy Transition team. • Support the management of risk on major projects. • Lead by example to promote continual improvement in H&S performance. • Drive a Quality Assurance ‘right first time’ mindset. • Evaluate technical competence of team members and provide training needs. • Drive and nurture the ‘I can’t, but we can’ mindset within the team. • Ensure that complex technical projects are effectively and efficiently led. • Keep up to date with developments in the Energy sector, seeking opportunities to develop a strong professional profile for Arcadis.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of delivering complex multidisciplinary transmission and distribution projects. • A strong understanding of the international Energy Transition sectors, challenges and opportunities. • Strong inter-personal and communication skills. • Establishing and developing high-performing teams capable of delivering complex multi-disciplinary technical projects. • A strong commitment to Delivery excellence. • Building credible relationships with senior leaders (internally and externally).
