📋 Description

• Manage mobilization processes for employees, subcontractors, vehicles and equipment; • Control deadlines and documentation required for project clearances; • Monitor all stages of mobilization until final approval; • Update spreadsheets, controls and performance indicators (Excel); • Keep documents and process records organized; • Provide support to internal clients and assist contract teams; • Maintain active communication with internal teams, clients and suppliers; • Prioritize concurrent requests, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Administration or related areas; • Experience in process control and documentation management; • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems; • Experience with mobilization processes (advantageous); • Organized, analytical profile with strong priority management skills; • Good communication and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
