• Lead technical delivery for projects located primarily in and around NYC • Focus on a single, existing, multi-year, major infrastructure contract • Manage project delivery and interface with clients and regulatory agencies • Develop environmental review and permitting strategies • Communicate permit strategy to clients and internal teams • Oversee the development of technical reports, work plans, permit applications, and other environmental documents • Provide senior technical review for environmental review and permitting deliverables • Expertise in regulatory requirements and processes associated with CEQR documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental or land use planning, or related field • Minimum of 12 years of experience managing and executing environmental permitting projects in NYC • Expertise in the development of permit applications and permitting strategy, specifically in NYC • Proven ability to lead teams and work in collaboration with scientists, engineers, archaeologists, and other specialists in developing environmental documents and permit applications for environmental projects • Experience supporting client development including identifying opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and leading proposal development, including the preparation of scopes of work and project budgets
