📋 Description

• Work with internal departments, executive assistants and some clients • Map current processes for recruitment, accounting, sales, administration and other teams • Identify repetitive, manual or error-prone work • Design, build and deploy AI automations and workflows using Claude Cowork, custom skills and integrations with existing systems • Coach executive assistants one-to-one on using AI for inboxes, calendars, documents, research and follow-ups • Measure automation impact, including hours saved, errors reduced and turnaround time • Report results clearly • Document workflows and train users to operate them independently • Continuously improve automations as processes change

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in process improvement, operations or business analysis in back-office functions such as HR, finance, sales operations or shared services • Hands-on experience building AI workflows, with examples of automations actually delivered • Strong process-mapping skills • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus • Comfortable with spreadsheets, APIs and no-code tools • Basic scripting skills in Python or similar are a plus • Excellent communication skills and patience as a coach • Ability to earn the trust of non-technical staff and encourage adoption of new ways of working • Experience working with Claude Cowork is an advantage
