📋 Description

• Design a 12-month security roadmap • Establish a Risk Register • Mentor IT Manager, training developers on secure coding and DevSecOps • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Philippines Data Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Act • Draft and implement core policies and oversee security tool selection

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading security governance in mid-sized companies (200–500 employees) • Strong technical foundation across SDLC, CI/CD security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Workspace) • Effective communicator and mentor • Experience handling client security audits and vendor assessments • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred
