📋 Description

• Conduct on-site and virtual/phone assessments of prospects and clients. • Perform detailed assessments of operations, exposures, and control adequacy for property coverages based on industry standards. • Evaluate COPE including sprinkler system adequacy and calculate loss expectancies. • Complete loss analysis Evaluation of Nat/Cat exposures. • Summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate loss improvement recommendations. • Provide support and recommendations to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers. • Timely communication with internal and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Competency with NFPA and FM data sheets • Competency with Microsoft suite tools and applications • Effective oral and written communication skills • Solid time management skills • Ability to evaluate sprinkler system adequacy and calculate loss expectancies.
