📋 Description

• Own the annual events calendar with the sales and marketing team • Help decide which trade fairs and conferences to attend • Plan and run trade fair and conference presence end to end, including booth booking, design, logistics, materials, merchandise, travel, and staffing • Own Archlet Elevate, including concept, agenda, speaker management, venue, catering, partners, and on-site execution • Organize customer dinners, roundtables, and webinars • Manage Archlet's event budget • Work with sales on pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, and lead follow-up • Coordinate event communications with marketing, including invitations, landing pages, social media, and post-event content • Track and report event performance • Build templates, checklists, and processes for repeatable and scalable events

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar event management role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, an agency, or a fast-paced environment • Experience organizing trade fair appearances and/or running events from start to finish • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure • Strong project management and budgeting skills • Confident working with HubSpot or a similar CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and LLMs • Proactive and reliable, and ready to take ownership • Clear, professional communicator in English, written and spoken • Happy to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours around events • Interest in B2B marketing and curiosity about procurement and SaaS company growth
