📋 Description

• Lead the release of major frontend features and product updates • Manage the production lifecycle of assigned domains • Ensure seamless, bug-free experiences for dental practices • Integrate AI tools such as Claude into daily development to improve efficiency • Develop and refine AI-powered customer interfaces • Collaborate with the Backend team on integration between Java Spring Boot and React/TypeScript • Participate in code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback • Identify and implement team-efficiency improvements • Estimate and plan development efforts • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer • Strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code • Experience with React and TypeScript • Experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment • Ability to use AI to improve development velocity without compromising long-term React codebase maintainability • Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance • Customer-centric mindset • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents • Tailwind experience is a plus
