📋 Description

• Lead the release of major frontend features and product updates • Manage the production lifecycle of assigned domains • Ensure a seamless and bug-free experience for dental practices • Integrate AI tools such as Claude into daily development • Develop and refine AI-powered customer interfaces • Collaborate with the Backend team on integration between Java Spring Boot and React/TypeScript • Participate in code reviews • Identify and implement improvements to team efficiency • Estimate and plan development efforts • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer • Strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code • Experience with React and TypeScript • Extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment • Ability to articulate when and how to use AI to improve velocity without compromising long-term maintainability of the React codebase • Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance • Customer-centric mindset • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents • Candidates must be based in selected Latin American countries
