📋 Description
• Lead data projects with high autonomy, from mapping business requirements to database modeling and data delivery; • Translate business needs into solutions and products aligned with the tools and strategies of the data platform; • Monitor trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring the team operates aligned with business needs; • Design the necessary data solutions and support the team in documenting, maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our data code and tools; • Negotiate with stakeholders a data strategy that delivers significant impact, always aligned with the Data department's strategy; • Lead team member development and strengthen the data culture at Arco Educação.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading Data teams; • Knowledge of various database architecture and modeling techniques for analytics (e.g., Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.); • Proficiency in SQL queries to solve high-complexity problems efficiently, including data modeling; • Experience implementing and maintaining data pipelines; • Experience with programming languages; • Strong communication skills.
