📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad, ensuring alignment between product, design, and engineering to achieve defined objectives • Serve as the technical reference, guiding the team on architecture decisions, coding standards, performance, and security • Support scope definition and prioritization with the Product Owner and UX Designer, ensuring technical feasibility and strategic alignment • Promote software engineering best practices by reviewing code and encouraging quality, testing, and observability • Be hands-on, developing and supporting critical implementations • Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, ensuring architectural health and sustainable product evolution • Foster the team's technical growth through mentoring and constructive feedback • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with AI tools • Experience leading development teams or acting as a technical lead • Strong knowledge of software architecture, microservices, REST APIs, messaging, relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with agile practices, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing • Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team • Collaborative, proactive, and curious profile, with a willingness to learn and teach • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
