📋 Description

• Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear, actionable goals for the team; • Monitor trends and continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring the team operates aligned with business needs; • Lead complex projects, track success metrics, and remove impediments for the team; • Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity; • Ensure ongoing alignment with Product Managers (PMs), Designers, and other stakeholder areas; • Plan and manage the team's resource allocation, balancing workload and individual skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams; • Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices; • Knowledge of scalability strategies and long-term impact considerations.
