📋 Description

• Build a relationship of trust and customer delight with our clients • Ensure high-quality support within the agreed SLA • Capture and record feedback during interactions • Monitor families and resolve issues before they even realize they exist • Conduct negotiations to keep families current on payments

🎯 Requirements

• Clear and concise communication • Organized and proactive mindset • Ability to analyze data and identify gaps or opportunities • Experience in customer support (CX/CS) • Experience with metrics (TEI - Time Between Interactions; CSAT - Customer Satisfaction Score) • Experience with negotiations and payment recovery • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ownership mindset and strong sense of urgency to see issues through to resolution
