📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to more junior members of the Applied AI Engineering team; • Identify opportunities to apply AI to drive business impact; • Conduct exploratory data analysis and data visualization to understand the business and inform LLM application use; • Develop patterns and best practices to improve the scalability of LLM applications; • Optimize the Applied AI Engineering development stack (CI/CD, evaluation of libraries, etc.); • Develop AI applications using Vector Databases, LLMs, single-agent and multi-agent architectures; • Build validation pipelines for LLM applications, including datasets and LLM-as-a-judge approaches; • Develop small backend and frontend components to validate LLM application proofs of concept; • Actively research technical blogs, research papers, and conference presentations to generate hypotheses for improving and optimizing LLM applications;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or working with LLM APIs; • Strong communication skills on technical topics related to Software Engineering, Data Science, or LLMs; • Familiarity with Python, Git, and software engineering best practices; • Experience mentoring team members; • Proficiency in English to study technical blogs and research papers in the AI field; • Collaborative team player; • Proactive attitude.
