At Arctic Wolf, our mission is to End Cyber Risk through effective security operations. To achieve this, we believe that organizations must do three key things:
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of hunter-oriented Account Executives focused on net-new customer acquisition • Instill a strong prospecting culture with clear expectations around outbound activity, pipeline creation, and territory execution • Coach sales teams through call reviews, deal strategy, and opportunity qualification to improve win rates • Drive consistent sales execution through pipeline management, forecasting, and weekly performance reviews • Build and scale onboarding and training programs that emphasize outbound selling, discovery, and value-based selling • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to hire, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent • Contribute to the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies that expand market presence
• Bachelor’s degree required • Prior experience leading quota-carrying sales teams with a focus on new business acquisition • 10+ years of B2B sales experience and leadership experience • Technology sales background with significant inside sales experience
