📋 Description

• Shape and execute the APAC marketing strategy • Work with leadership and corporate marketing to tailor and launch region-specific programs • Create quarterly marketing plans aligned with regional, segment, and partner program goals • Own the overarching marketing budget, regional demand call, and metrics • Evaluate program results against goals and use learnings to drive improvement • Localize and repackage product launches, campaigns, and programs for the region • Optimize digital-channel spend and execute digital campaigns • Create region-specific partner co-sponsorship menus • Build and execute strategic marketing plans with top channel partners • Coordinate tradeshows, events, and webinars • Build relationships with partner marketing leaders and improve ROI on joint investments • Understand the marketing funnel, marketing technology stack, and available content library • Recruit, hire, and lead the marketing team as it grows • Support the team and perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing • Experience managing multiple direct reports • Experience working with a US-based organization and corporate marketing team • Strong channel acumen and understanding of partner types and personas • Experience marketing to and through Australian MSP and reseller partners • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or Communications • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% • Strong understanding of the marketing/sales funnel • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program and investment ROI • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to influence and proactively communicate with sales leadership • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Experience leveraging Salesforce to track performance • Ability to pass a criminal background check and employment verification • Ability to comply with information security policies, standards, processes, and controls
