📋 Description

• Ensure product excellence and market success by shaping product strategy and identifying market opportunities • Develop long-term client relationships and create product strategies aligned with business goals • Run discovery workshops, gather market insights, define requirements, and build data-driven roadmaps • Maintain project management functions: sprint planning, budget monitoring, facilitate ceremonies, and track risks and dependencies • Implement product metrics, lead hypothesis validation, and manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond • Support business development with strategic product insights and conduct market research when not assigned to a product • Evangelize product vision across the organization and serve as the voice of the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive product management experience with successful digital product launches • Strong strategic product vision and customer-centric mindset • Experience running discovery workshops and facilitating stakeholder workshops • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Data-driven decision making; experience building data-driven roadmaps and defining product metrics • Experience with hypothesis validation, iterative product development, and market research • Project management skills: sprint planning, budget monitoring, risk and dependency tracking • Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to navigate organizational silos
