📋 Description

• Produce accurate and professional title commitments. • Assess risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions. • Perform title searches, verifying and compiling information. • Examine title orders within company guidelines for insurability. • Research respective title plant software and analyze documents. • Prepare an accurate and comprehensive title commitment. • Provide title examination review of products and services. • Monitor errors committed by vendor partners and recommend actions. • Explain chain of title and exceptions to customers and managers. • Review surveys prepared on properties when applicable. • Maintain proper production levels and delivery standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of previous title examination experience. • Knowledge of Texas title examination laws and regulations. • Knowledge of Texas Title Plant Solutions available. • Strong English language and communication skills. • High school diploma; college experience is a plus.
