📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Define best practices and technical standards, ensuring consistency across projects. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, bridging business needs with technology execution. • Manage and mentor Dynamics consultants/developers, fostering technical excellence and delivery accountability. • Oversee solution roadmaps, system integrations, and data strategies. • Ensure compliance with Microsoft frameworks, security standards, and governance models.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Finance & Operations, or Customer Engagement). • Strong expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). • Proven ability to design and implement integrations with Azure and third-party systems. • Hands-on experience with solution architecture, custom development, plugins, workflows, and data migration. • Strong understanding of security models, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and data governance. • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Dynamics). • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform certifications (Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, Developer).
