📋 Description
• Stay in tune with automotive industry trends, proven best practices and innovative approaches that earn client credibility and inspire new learning content • Collaborate with clients and Ardent internal teams to deliver learning assets that are organized, well designed and effective for intended learners • As needed, facilitate ILT and vILT sessions in their area of expertise
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 – 5 years experience consulting in an SME role for training program development • At least 3 – 5 years experience facilitating in the automotive industry • Previous experience working as an operator (Dealer Principal, General Manager, etc.) at the Dealer level is required
