📋 Description
• Remote Scrum Master position supporting Agile delivery for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program. • Serve as the team facilitator ensuring Agile principles and best practices are followed. • Drive team performance, stakeholder collaboration, and incremental delivery of high-value solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with SAFe. • Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers for Agile teams. • Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage team dynamics and stakeholder relationships. • Ability to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid/distributed work environment. • Prior experience on federal or DHS-related IT projects strongly preferred.
