📋 Description
• Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant • Support our F&B Assistant in personnel management • Train new sales staff • Supervise sales trainees • Assist in optimizing workflows • Work in sales, from merchandise presentation to sales activities • Handle guest inquiries and complaints from the POS systems • Order goods and carry out inventories • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or a similar qualification • Ideally professional experience as a shift leader in retail, restaurant, hospitality or a comparable position (career changers are also welcome) • Ideally initial experience in personnel management • Good spoken and written German and English skills
