📋 Description
• Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant • Support our F&B Assistant with personnel management • Train and onboard new sales staff • Supervise trainees/apprentices in sales • Participate in optimizing workflows • Work in sales, from merchandise presentation to sales activities • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via POS systems • Order goods and perform inventories • Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or similar qualification • Ideally professional experience as a shift leader in retail, restaurant, hotel or a comparable role (career changers are also welcome) • Preferably initial experience in personnel management • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
