📋 Description

• Creating daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant • Supporting our F&B Assistant in personnel management • Onboarding and training new sales staff • Supervising sales trainees/apprentices • Contributing to the optimization of workflows • Working in sales, from merchandise presentation to direct sales activities • Handling guest inquiries and complaints from POS systems • Ordering goods and conducting inventory counts • Implementing measures to improve quality and increase sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or similar qualification • Ideally proven experience as a shift leader in retail, restaurant, hospitality or a comparable position (career changers are also welcome) • Preferably initial experience in personnel management • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
