📋 Description
• Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B assistant. • Support our F&B assistant in personnel management. • Onboard and train new employees. • Supervise apprentices/trainees in service. • Contribute to optimizing workflows. • Work in guest service, from serving to sales activities in the restaurant. • Handle guest inquiries and complaints using the POS/cash register systems. • Order supplies and conduct inventory counts. • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.
🎯 Requirements
• Preferably completed training in hospitality or retail, or a similar qualification. • Initial work experience as a shift supervisor or in a comparable position is desirable. • Ideally, some experience in people management. • Enjoy working in guest service. • Good written and spoken English and German.
