📋 Description

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities. • Promote the company's recruitment and HR services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful service delivery. • Achieve agreed sales and business development targets. • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships. • Existing business network is an advantage. • Good command of English (written and spoken). • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
