📋 Description

• - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate application functionality • - Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • - Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing • - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure a high level of quality in the software applications • - Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and any issues encountered • - Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and feedback on application testing

🎯 Requirements

• - Active Secret Security clearance • - CompTIA Security+ certification or IAT-II equivalent • - 5+ years of experience in software application testing, preferably in a government contracting environment • - 5+ years of experience in .NET platform development and/or testing • - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices • - Experience with test planning, test case creation, and test execution • - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile and scrum methodologies • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills • - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems • - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • **Preferred Skills:** • - Experience with automated testing tools • - Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) • - Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) • - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
