📋 Description

• Align clients' existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods • Apply functional expertise with technical consulting teams to implement business-aligned Oracle Cloud solutions • Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements • Identify requirement and design gaps and develop aligned solutions • Configure Oracle Cloud environments and document application setup • Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to other processes or systems • Manage the module track, scope, client expectations, risks, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle • Coach and provide feedback on design, configuration, and documentation • Lead and support clients through test-script execution • Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design • Drive innovative Oracle Cloud product solutions • Mentor Associate and Senior consultants • Lead multiple complex projects and contribute thought leadership, business development, strategic vision, and executive-level client engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • Minimum of four (4) full life cycle, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise • Module-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys, is required • Related industry and consulting experience with competing product sets (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.) will also be considered • Oracle certification in your module of expertise • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology • Strong grasp of client data movement to external systems and upstream/downstream impacts • Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects • Strong planning and prioritization skills • Skilled at managing communication with senior client stakeholders • Proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships • Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultants • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • Strong interpersonal skills • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on Oracle Cloud trends and releases • Proficient in English written and verbal communications • Exceptional complex project management skills • Thought leadership and industry expertise • Strong business development and client acquisition skills • Mentorship and coaching abilities • Contribution to strategic vision and decision-making • Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
