📋 Description

• Lead multiple mid-to-large-size and complex consulting projects • Consult with clients using Oracle Supply Chain Planning expertise and industry best practices • Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions • Refine, document, and present customer requirements for approval • Resolve product implementation and integration obstacles • Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and enhancements • Develop unit test scripts and coordinate client User Acceptance Testing • Work with Oracle to resolve service requests • Lead requirements workshops, analysis, design, configuration, and development for Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications • Lead Conference Room Pilots, User Acceptance Testing, go-live preparation, cut-over support, and post-production support • Develop and implement long-term client strategies • Act as primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes • Assess client objectives, challenges, and technology requirements • Advise clients on technology solutions and tools • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers and negotiate agreements • Provide ongoing technical support after implementation • Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements, updates, upgrades, or modifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc. • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant • 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications • Experience with one or more of: Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Replenishment Planning, Global Order Promising, Backlog Management, Production Scheduling • Strong consulting and business analytical skills • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Experience leading fit-gap analysis and business process designs • Experience managing CRP/PRT and testing including BPT, IST, SIT, and UAT • Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements • Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple assignments • Prior experience leading or managing projects • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements • Ability to independently handle client expectations • Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience is required
