📋 Description

• Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned to business objectives • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate customer’s business processes • Follow Argano Implementation methodology and reuse standard templates and project artifacts • Utilize Microsoft Technology and ALM stack • Document business requirements and configure the Microsoft Dynamics application • Facilitate decision-making process for modifications/customizations • Conduct acceptance testing and training for customers • Plan and oversee execution of CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UATs • Provide structured support to Argano customers • Contribute valuable assets into Argano Knowledge base and marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Education or GED required • Bachelor’s Degree in x or Business-related field preferred or equivalent experience • Advanced English communication skills • 3-5 years working primarily for or with a manufacturer of goods • 3-5 years’ experience in Dynamics • Strong understanding and knowledge of Production control module including: • Production batch execution • Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management • Production Operations Resources and Route management • Master planning and Planning Optimization • Additional knowledge expertise includes: • Process and Discrete manufacturing • Just-In-time • Lean manufacturing • Planning and execution of forecasts • Cost management • Engineering Change Management (ECM) • Time and Attendance • MB-320 or MB-335 certification preferred
