• Assist in the development of USMAEG congress strategy and planning • Support the planning and execution of all USMAEG congress-related tactics and activities • Coordinate and communicate all congress-related activities with stakeholders • Support the Director, US Congress Strategy Lead in evaluating novel and impactful approaches • Partner with CST to ensure US congresses meet objectives • Work directly with vendors to develop congress materials • Inform internal stakeholders on USMAEG activities at congresses
• BS/BA degree in a scientific or health-related field • 2-4 years biopharmaceutical industry experience • Experience supporting the development and execution of industry-sponsored symposia • Scientific content development experience in neurology, immunology, or rare disease • Successfully managing complex project plans, timelines, budgets, and critical paths • Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally
