âą Achieve the sales objectives for the designated territory. âą Collaborate with the Head of Sales to forecast sales by account and by month. âą Manage account relationships and communications. âą Develop relationships with potential dealers and facilitate the opening of a new account with internal stakeholders. âą Clearly explain the sales program, including terms and conditions offered to dealers, to secure sales orders. âą Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure orders are properly entered in the ERP and warranty claims are handled in a timely fashion. âą Analyze sales data and collaborate with the Head of Sales to adapt the sales strategies according to the health of the account. âą Collaborate with marketing to activate key dealers, attend events and coordinate demos in territory to help drive sales conversion at dealers. âą Inform the appropriate persons (Product, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) of customer feedback with regards to price, products, quality, service, logistics, etc. âą Maintain product features and technical knowledge up-to-date on various product lines.
âą Strong understanding of the cycling market and customer needs. âą Proven track record in managing and growing customer accounts. âą Ability to influence and negotiate. âą Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. âą Autonomy and proactivity.
