📋 Description

• Plan posts for the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and other profiles, and keep the editorial calendar up to date. • Write posts that align with the brand voice and target audience. • Research trends, formats, and topics related to the world of management systems, and assess their relevance. • Work with the team to develop new content ideas for campaigns, product launches, and video formats. • Help colleagues increase their visibility on LinkedIn as corporate influencers. • Respond to comments and messages, and share important community insights with the team. • Brief the Creation Team on graphics, videos, and other visual assets. • Analyze content performance and identify optimization opportunities based on the data.

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying communications, media, marketing, business administration, or a related field. • You have a strong feel for language and write clearly, with a focus on the target audience. • You are familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and other social platforms, and understand how they work. • You are interested in B2B topics and can present complex content in an accessible way. • You work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner, even when managing multiple topics at once. • You approach colleagues openly and seek input when needed. • Experience with tools such as Canva, Notion, or social media planning tools is a plus, but not required. • Availability for 20 hours per week. • Résumé; optionally, a post you are proud of.
