📋 Description

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates • Respond to, assess, and coordinate customer expedite requests • Direct fulfilment centers on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives • Develop and maintain KPIs, and planning reports as needed • Help Arista to meet our quarter end goals • Partner with Sales teams to provide visibility on order status, supply availability, and potential risks • Help identify risks to customer commitments and proactively escalate issues with action-oriented recommendations • Continually refine the planning and scheduling processes between Arista and our key manufacturing partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • High English proficiency (oral and written) is required • Must have demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert and use that knowledge to build new processes and tools • Must thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
