📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer sales contracts, channel partner agreements, procurement agreements, and technology licensing arrangements • Advise business teams on EU and member-state regulatory requirements, GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs • Identify and assess legal risks and propose practical solutions • Manage external counsel on disputes and specialized matters • Collaborate with senior executives across the company as a strategic legal partner • Develop internal processes and templates to improve efficiency and compliance awareness

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction • 10+ years of legal experience, including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong track record advising on commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across jurisdictions and functions • Preferred: Fluency in German with experience negotiating agreements under German law • Preferred: Industry background in technology, telecommunications, or innovation-driven sectors with strong intellectual property expertise
