📋 Description

• Lead and assist in the complete deployment and installation process for the Service business, including product deployments, installations, upgrades, and strategic rollout programs • Establish, govern, and continuously improve the deployment operating model, including standard methodologies, labour models, technical standards, and deployment processes • Evaluate incoming deployment activities and determine suitable delivery pathways • Conduct or coordinate site surveys and technical assessments • Develop Scope of Works documentation covering installation methodology, labour requirements, sequencing, customer responsibilities, equipment needs, and access arrangements • Assess deployment activities against contracted scope, identify additional works, prepare customer variation quotations, and obtain commercial approvals • Provide technical governance and support to the Resource Planner • Appoint and support Lead Technicians, ensuring alignment with project scope, customer expectations, and delivery objectives • Promote resource sharing across operational teams to improve technician utilization and reduce labour costs • Conduct post-installation quality audits and implement improvements • Build working relationships with Sales, Product Management, Field Operations, Service Systems, Service Support, and customers • Promote technology, automation, and AI integration in deployment planning, scheduling, communication, reporting, and operational performance • Ensure safety, compliance, and operational governance align with legislative requirements and company policies • Monitor deployment performance through operational reporting and metrics, recommending improvements to efficiency and commercial outcomes

• Established background in handling deployment and installation operations in a rapidly changing setting • Proven leadership qualities enabling the promotion of continual advancement and operational excellence • Strong project coordination abilities, including technical planning, site evaluation, and quality assurance • Ability to develop comprehensive documentation and manage commercial aspects of deployment activities • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams • Experience with technology, automation, and AI to improve operational performance • Strong emphasis on safety, adherence, and governance in deployment activities • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer outcomes and supporting business growth
