• Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and reporting tools. • Lead optimization initiatives across landing pages, email funnels, and ad-to-funnel experiences. • Use data-driven experimentation and user insights to increase conversions and engagement. • Maintain and manage marketing automation integrations with CRM and other platforms. • Build, test, and optimize automated workflows, email/SMS sequences, and customer journeys. • Execute and QA marketing automations across multiple platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Zapier, Twilio). • Develop and execute CRO strategies using A/B testing frameworks. • Analyze user behavior via tools like Google Analytics to identify conversion opportunities. • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve the customer experience. • Track and report KPIs for marketing automations and CRO tests.

🎯 Requirements

• In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry). • Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM integration. • 2+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing analytics, or funnel optimization. • Demonstrated success running A/B or multivariate tests and interpreting results. • Strong understanding of database management concepts and best practices. • Ability to think critically and translate data insights into clear recommendations. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. • Excellent attention to detail and QA accuracy. • Fluent in English (written and verbal). • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during designated hours.
