📋 Description

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company sales goals. • Build and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent activity across all channels. • Plan and coordinate campaigns, social media, and digital content to drive engagement and traffic. • Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube) with targeted, consistent posting. • Coordinate email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) and audience segmentation. • Organize webinars, scientific events, trade shows, and product launches. • Manage website updates, product landing pages, and SEO improvements. • Track and report on campaign metrics, ROI, and KPIs - web traffic, leads, conversions, engagement. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals. • Oversee creation of marketing materials — brochures, datasheets, visuals, and digital assets. • Manage external vendors or freelancers (graphic design, PPC, PR) where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry). • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD or MSc a plus). • 5+ years’ experience in B2B or life science marketing. • Proven experience managing multichannel campaigns and marketing calendars. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and email automation (Mailchimp/HubSpot). • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insight and action. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Comfortable being hands-on across strategy, execution, and reporting. • Experience in content creation, event coordination, and CRM systems is highly desirable. • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during designated hours.
