📋 Description
• Lead the creative direction and interpretation of all video content • Shape narrative flow, emotional tone, and visual language with Jamie • Suggest structural improvements to clarify and strengthen messages • Edit in full alignment with the companies’ ADHD-aware brand • Recommend B-roll, music, typography, and visual styles • Experiment boldly while maintaining clean, purposeful editing • Build repeatable editing systems and templates for 300+ videos • Tailor edits for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and the app • Deliver reliably and on schedule in a fast-moving, remote environment
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional editing experience • Deep understanding of pacing, emotion, and storytelling • Strong eye for design, composition, typography, and flow • Understanding of ADHD-friendly visual communication • Proficiency in: • – Canva + CapCut, or • – Premiere Pro, or • – Final Cut Pro, or • – DaVinci Resolve • Experience with AI editing & animation tools • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills • Proven reliability, self-management, and consistency • Comfortable with asynchronous, autonomous work
