📋 Description

• Partner directly with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation programs. • Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives. • Build custom integrations, tooling, and workflows that extend the Arize platform to meet customer-specific requirements. • Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, driving projects from scoping through delivery. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams. • Help define and scale best practices, technical playbooks, and delivery methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience with strong technical foundations • comfortable working in at least two languages: Python, Java, TypeScript • experience building MLOps pipelines and/or developing, deploying, and iterating on Generative AI applications in production environments • experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) • experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes) • excellent communication skills • proven ability to manage multiple client engineering engagements simultaneously • adaptable to fast-paced startup or consulting environments • genuine excitement about AI and interest in staying at the forefront of evolving AI technologies
