• Serve as a primary remote point of contact for assigned customer accounts • Respond to customer questions regarding orders, services, parts, and account status • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, parts, billing) to resolve issues • Monitor account activity and follow up after major orders, repairs, or deliveries • Track customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to leadership • Support simple renewals, repeat orders, and basic upsell opportunities • Maintain detailed notes and history in the CRM system • Help ensure a consistent, professional experience across phone, email, and online communication
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related training is a plus • 1+ years of customer service, account management, or client support experience • Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B environment is preferred but not required • Comfortable working remotely with phone, email, and web-based tools • Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage multiple customer requests
