• Enter driver hours-of-service and mileage data into internal systems • Review ELD and/or paper log information for completeness and accuracy • Flag missing or inconsistent data to safety, dispatch, or fleet management • Maintain organized electronic records of driver logs and supporting documents • Assist with generating basic compliance or audit reports as requested • Communicate with internal teams via email or messaging to clarify log details • Follow company standards and procedures for data privacy and record keeping
• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred • Basic understanding of transportation, trucking, or DOT logs is a plus but not required • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
