📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via online chat and email in a professional, timely manner • Answer questions about orders, service appointments, parts, and general account information • Look up order status, service history, and basic account details in internal systems • Create and update customer records based on each interaction • Route issues to the correct department (service, parts, billing, sales) when needed • Document all contacts and resolutions accurately for tracking and follow-up • Follow scripts, guidelines, and reference materials while using good judgment • Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets • Escalate urgent or complex issues to a supervisor or senior team member

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year of customer service experience (chat, email, or helpdesk preferred) • Strong written communication skills with clear grammar and spelling • Comfortable working in multiple browser tabs, systems, and ticketing tools • Basic data entry skills with good accuracy and speed • Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach with customers • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, secure remote workspace
