📋 Description

• Complete accountability of all assigned tickets to meet all SLAs and achieve 100% client satisfaction • Troubleshoot incidents and problem tickets to identify the root cause of the issues quickly and develop a resolution while following all change management procedures • Requirement gathering for Data pipeline integration (ELT) development • Requirement gathering for Data mapping (business logic) • Develop, review and test code (SQL, Python, BI tool like Tableau and PowerBI) • Ensure all tickets are in the proper status at all times • Maintain an active communication with the internal Arkatechture team and client • Monitor Tableau or Power BI Refreshes for success and triage and respond to any failures proactively • Proactively ensure that for clients, all batch cycle (ETL) process run successfully and respond to any failures proactively • Work closely with the team to identify process improvements within the service delivery team • Escalate risks and issues on time • Report work status to team leaders and participate actively in daily standups • Additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role • Expert in Python and SQL • Strong experience working in any one Database such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQLServer, Oracle etc • Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI • Experience in Data Warehousing and BI projects • Experience with AWS • Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills • Enthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitude • A strong written and verbal communicator with experience interacting with internal teams and clients • A desire to completely understand the product and become a subject matter expert as it is necessary in order to properly support the platform • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket • A strong understanding of Agile software development life cycle and methodologies • Proven success driving projects by asking questions, understanding business requirements and translating them into tangible development tasks
