📋 Description

• Prepare the consolidated financial results for the group's companies; • Prepare management reports for leadership; • Work closely with business unit managers to understand results; • Prepare financial statements and notes for disclosure of the company's quarterly results; • Analyze financial results against historical data and budgeted results; • Serve as the financial area's focal point for inquiries about business unit results; • Automate and improve accounting close and result-analysis processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role; • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, etc.); • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership mentality, and proactivity; • Solid experience in Controllership, FP&A, or related areas; • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously; • Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / CPC).
