📋 Description

• Monitor daily workflow and inventory movement • Assist with workload distribution and resource allocation • Track operational productivity and performance metrics • Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate concerns • Support implementation of operational procedures and best practices • Provide coaching and support to collectors and supervisors • Assist with onboarding and training activities • Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures • Support performance management and employee development initiatives • Promote accountability and teamwork • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance • Prepare operational reports and productivity summaries • Assist leadership with performance tracking and trend analysis • Coordinate follow-up on action items and operational initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity • Assist with documentation of procedures and training materials • Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives • Participate in cross-training and business continuity efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years management or supervisory experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience managing KPIs and operational performance • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment • Healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle experience preferred
