📋 Description

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring high-quality advice and a pleasant experience • Provide product advice based on your aesthetic/cosmetic expertise for the full Aroma-Zone product range • Handle cash operations (store opening and closing) and customer checkouts • Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness, shelf restocking, and merchandising • May also provide specialised advice to customers on essential oils • Continually train and update your product knowledge across the Aroma-Zone range • May be required to lead homemade cosmetics workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics (e.g., CAP, BTS) • Energetic, versatile, with a strong service orientation and excellent customer relations skills • Committed and passionate about natural and homemade products • At least 2 years' experience in advisory roles in busy retail environments, ideally in the cosmetics and/or organic (bio) sector • Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics and plant extracts • Knowledge of essential oils is a plus; a qualification in Naturopathy is advantageous
